Cal Teen Help

Crisis contacts that teens can add to a phone before they are needed.

Start with immediate help, download a trusted contact bundle, or search statewide, national, and California county resources.

This site is a referral aid, not emergency response. If someone is in immediate physical danger, call 911.

  2. Open the "Files" app, and find the "CalTeenHelp" file.
  3. Select the "CalTeenHelp" file, and "Share" to "Contacts."

  2. Open the `.vcf` file in Contacts.
  3. Choose the account to save contacts to, then import.

Using QR Codes

Download a ready-made contact bundle

Each bundle is a single `.vcf` file that can be imported into phone contacts. The all-resources bundle is useful for counselors; smaller bundles are better for students.
